One of out latest project was on Sea Food. Everyone talks about meat and CO2 impact but fish companies are also worried about the future (sustainability, sourcing issues, safety, cost impact and options to increase production...). One of the biggest companies in this category come to us to better understand the future of sea food (hypes, category and consumer trends). We delivered a full report with insights from consumer and market observation.
We shared all this info with company´s employees in a very practical way. We designed a 1 day workshop divided in 2 parts: a first inspirational session to taste the trends (with disruptive products), followed by a workshop to detect opportunities to boost their current innovation pipeline with short, mid and longterm innovations).
