Disruptive innovation takes time and resources to become a mainstream product/service. Key aspect when creating one of this is to have a very strong JTBD (Job to be done) and a great target ready to pay for your service.
2 entrepreneurs with their own brand talked to us, sharing a big issue that they were sharing. Online sales were good but their clients wanted to see, touch and try their products before buying it. It´s true that nowadays product returns are normal but big companies started to charge for it (due to high impact in profitability).
We talked with shops and they were very happy to share their space with brands that could rent it for X€ per month. We listed all their pains and gains and we were able to create an MVP to validate all our hypothesis.
What are the key brands for this type of platform?: Clothing brands, disruptive soft drinks, craft beers/spirits, craft art ...
Bemyshop was launched in 2023 and it has spaces in shops, marketplaces and even coworkings. You can check it out in www.bemyshop.es
